Throughout this program, you'll learn various mindfulness practices and strategies that will help you manage your thoughts, feelings and emotions, and uncomfortable body sensations better. You’ll also learn to act and behave in ways that have benefits for how you think and feel. As you practice these new skills, you’ll see how any improvement in any single aspect of your experience reverberates throughout the whole system, and leads to positive effects on all of the others.
