Discomfort and Restlessness When Meditating

When we're sitting for long periods of time like we just did in this meditation, it's common to feel some discomfort or pain. We may also start getting restless and have the urge to keep shifting our posture to try to get more comfortable. In the video below we review how to manage pain and discomfort when meditating, and learn what to do when we get fidgety or start to feel restless.
