Thoughts and Feelings (and Body Sensations and Behaviour) in CBT

Throughout this program we're going to spend a lot of time looking at four aspects of our experience that are the basis for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT (the "CT" in MBCT):

  • What we're thinking
  • How we're feeling
  • What's going on our body
  • How we're acting/behaving

The video below begins by examining the connection between how we think and how we feel, and then expands to explore the interrelationships between all four aspects of our experience: our thoughts, our feelings, our body sensations, and our behaviour.
