The Body Scan

We'll begin Lesson 2 where we left off last week, with the Body Scan Meditation. Now that you've had a week to practice the 30‑minute version of the Body Scan, this time we'll use the 40‑Minute Body Scan. (The 40-Minute version is only available with the Premium Plan. If you're using the Free Trial, you'll get the 30-Minute version again.)

The Body Scan

In order to do the body scan, you'll need:

  • Space where you can lie on your back comfortably, your arms by your sides
  • Pillow to support your head and perhaps another under your knees
  • Make sure you won't be disturbed or distracted for the next 40 minutes
