Sustainable Mindfulness Practice

One of the aims of this program is to help you  to develop a sustainable mindfulness practice that you can continue with once the program is over. Take some time now to consider what a sustainable mindfulness practice that works for you could entail, and then you’ll try  this as home practice over the next week. Your plan will consist of a mix of formal and informal practices, both scheduled, and in response to experiences you have.
