Meditating in Silence

We begin this week with a 30-minute Mindfulness of Breath, Body, Thoughts, Feelings and Choiceless Awareness sitting meditation, using only minimal guided audio to get you started and to help keep your attention focused throughout with short prompts every few minutes. The final half of the meditation is in silence except for bells after 20 and 25 minutes. Four bells signal the end of the meditation.
