Cognitive Fusion, Cognitive Defusion, and Letting Go Of Thoughts

We've spent a lot of time considering various ways we can respond to our thoughts when we meditate, and learned strategies to help us let our thoughts go if we've gotten caught up in, or carried away by them. In this video, we’ll look at the concept of cognitive fusion and cognitive defusion, and apply some of these strategies from our meditations to help us mindfully relate to our thoughts in our everyday lives just like we do when we meditate.
