Allowing in a Difficulty Discussion

In the various mindfulness practices we’ve been doing, we spend a lot of time paying attention to what’s going on in bodies and the physical sensations we’re experiencing. Learning to recognize these sensations and notice any changes in what we’re feeling in our bodies—not just when we meditate, but also in our daily life—helps us recognize and notice changes in our moods and emotions better, which allows us to respond to them in more proactive and helpful ways.
