These last two videos focus on how to manage thoughts, feelings and emotions, and pain and other body sensations that arise when we meditate and pull our minds away from what we're trying to pay attention to. But these same techniques and strategies work no matter what we're doing at the time, so we can apply them not just when we meditate, but in our everyday lives as well.
