Mindfulness Meditation Lesson 3

Home Practice for Week 3

 
  1. Do the Mindfulness of Breath meditation every day:
     
    • 10-30 Minute Mindfulness of Breath Meditation with guided audio; or,
    • 10-30 Minute Mindfulness of Breath Meditation with minimal audio; or,
    • 10-30 minutes meditating in silence using the bell track or a timer
  2.  
  3. Following Your Breath
    • Continue to practice the following your breath exercises once or twice a day. If you meditate in the morning, spend some time following your breath in the evening (and vice versa), and also follow your breath for a few minutes in the afternoon whenever possible
  4. Choose one routine activity to do mindfully throughout the week:
     
    • Brushing your teeth
    • Having your cup of coffee in the morning
    • Cleaning up after dinner
    • Doing the dishes
    • Anything other activity you do  for a few minutes each day
     
  5. Choose 2-3 sounds and 2-3 things you do as Bells of Mindfulness
